Introduction to Resiliency
Welcome to the Introduction to Resiliency course. The purpose of this training is to help employees better understand methods to manage stress effectively, and become more resilient when working in the workplace.
This training is divided into three modules: The first module will provide an overview of the types of stressors associated with working in the workplace. The second will provide an introduction to coping effectively with stress. Finally, the third module will discuss the resources available to employees to enhance resilience.
